Abstract

Context: Coronary artery anomalies are rare disorders of coronary anatomy. The clinical  presentations are varying.  Objective: To present a case of the anomalous origin of right coronary artery originating from ascending aorta.  Methods: Collect the data from coronary artery angiography.  Results: The right coronary artery originating from the ascending aorta in an asymptomatic 70-year-old female patient.  Conclusion: The anomalous origin of right coronary artery arising from ascending aortic wall was presented. The patient was asymptomatic and the abnormality was accidentally found from the coronary computed tomography angiography
