วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์และการสื่อสารการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม รวมถึงการรับรู้ประโยชน์ที่มีต่อการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง ๓ ในภาวะอุทกภัยปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย ๒ รูปแบบ คือ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้บริหารกับผู้รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานและการสื่อสารการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง ๓ ในภาวะอุทกภัยปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้วิธีการสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้ประโยชน์จากการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมที่มีต่อองค์กร ประชาชน และประเด็นปัญหาของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง ๓ ในภาวะอุทกภัยปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (๑) กลยุทธ์การแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง ๓ มีกระบวนการดำเนินงาน ๔ ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (ก) การเลือกประเด็นที่มีความสำคัญ (ข) การเลือกกิจกรรมที่ความหลากหลายและมีความสอดคล้องกัน (ค) การดำเนินงานทั้งการดำเนินงานจากบนลงล่างและการดำเนินงานจากล่างขึ้นบน (ง) มีการประเมินผล (๒) การสื่อสารการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม เน้นการเลือกใช้สื่อของตนเองเป็นหลัก เพื่อให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเพื่อนำเสนอกิจกรรม และเพื่อเชิญชวนให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (๓) การเปิดรับข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการรับรู้ประโยชน์ และพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (๔) การรับรู้ประโยนช์จากการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมที่มีต่อองค์กร ต่อประชาชนต่อประเด็นปัญหา ต่างมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกซึ่งกันและกัน และมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการแสดงความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม The object is to study the strategy and corporate social responsibility on benefit of Thai Television channel 3 in flood crisis 2011. There are two types of the research in this time. The research of qualitative and quantitative. 1. The consequence is there are 4 processes of corporate social responsibility strategy of Thai television channel 3. First, choosing the main issue. Second, choosing the variety activities that are similar. Third, there are two types of processing. The process is working from the top to the bottom (Top down). The processing is from the bottom up to the top (Bottom Up). Forth, evaluation of getting benefits to institution, population and also to problem issue. 2. The corporate social responsibility strategy of Thai television channel 3 emphasize to use their own media for giving information, presenting activities and convincing to be apart of activities that they set. 3. Accepting information is relating some positive way to perception on benefit and participating in activities to society. 4. Perception on benefit of social responsibility, population and problem issue are relating together including positive relationship and behavior as well.References
